摘要

介绍了 MicroStation软件的特点、使用方法及其在涂装车间设计中的适用范围.基于MicroStation单一平台和.dgn单一格式文件,给出了推荐的三维正向设计流程.针对各种类型的设备,如槽体、室体、管道、风管、钢平台、输送机、桥架等,给出了推荐的工具软件和设计方法.主要使用MicroStation软件的标准功能,通过配置和自定义设置,实现了涂装车间设备的高效建模.

Abstract

The characteristics,application methods and the application scope in painting workshop design of MicroStation software were introduced.A recommended 3D forward design process based on a single software platform(MicroStation)and a single file format(.dgn)was presented.Recommended software tools and design methods were given for various types of equipment,such as tank,booth,pipe,duct,steel plaform,conveyor,cable tray.High efficient 3D design of paint shop was realized by using the standard function,configuration and custom setting of MicroStation software.
