摘要

通过对水性涂料施工过程中遇到的局部气泡不良问题进行系统分析研究,并结合气泡产生的原理和现场进行了调查验证,结果表明色漆涂膜厚度、闪干炉升温速率较快是产生气泡不良的直接原因,而根本原因是涂料本身的消泡能力较差,并针对气泡不良提出了相关解决对策,对有效管控车身色漆质量问题具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract

The problems of local bubbles encountered during the construction of water-based coatings were analyzed and researched,and with the principle of bubble generation,the problems were investigated.The results showed that the directly reason for the defect were the thickness of the paint film and the heating rate of the flash drying furnace,and the root cause was the poor defoaming ability of the paint itself,and relevant solutions were put forward for the bubbles,which had important guiding significance for effectively controlling the quality of car body paint.
