摘要

电泳流淌是涂装车间常见缺陷,在车门、前后盖区域发生较多.电泳流淌产生与车身结构、电泳过程直接相关,在电泳后的烘干过程产生.本文以SUV车型后盖尾灯处流淌为例,分析其产生的原因及解决办法,为解决流淌问题提供思路.

Abstract

E-coat yellow flow is a common defect in painting workshops,and it occurs more often in the areas of doors and covers.The generation of E-coat yellow flow is directly related to the body structure and the Ecoat process,and is generated in the drying process after electrophoresis.Taking a E-coat yellow flow at the rear cover of the SUV model as an example,the causes and solutions were analyzed,and some ideas for solving the flow problem were provided.
