摘要

主要探讨了分布式控制系统(DCS)在涂料生产中的应用前景,DCS的实施可以显著提高生产效率和产品质量。通过分析DCS和PLC的投资回报率(ROI)的差异,结合物联网(IoT)、人工智能(A I)等新兴技术,论述了DCS未来的发展趋势和挑战。

Abstract

The application prospect of distributed control systems(DCS)in coatings production is discussed,the implementation of DCS can significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.Analyzes the difference in return on investment(ROI)between DCS and PLC,combining emerging technologies such as the internet of things(loT)and artificial intelligence(AI),the future trends and challenges of DCS are discussed.
