摘要

通过嵌入Cardura E10P对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,设计合成Tg=37℃的丙烯酸树脂。单体配比采用FOX优化,并利用基团贡献法计算羟基丙烯酸、固化剂和混合溶剂的溶解度参数,为丙烯酸聚氨酯分子设计和应用提供了理论支持。试验结果显示,其制备的丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的低温固化性、耐化学介质性、耐候性及光泽保留性优异,在涂料领域呈现出广泛的应用前景。

Abstract

Acrylic resin was modified by embedding Cardura E10P to design and synthesize acrylic resin with T_g=37℃.The monomer ratio was optimized by FOX,and the solubility parameters of hydroxyacrylic acid,curing agent and mixed solvent were calculated by group contribution method,which provided theoretical support for the molecular design and application of acrylic polyurethane.The experimental results show that the acrylic polyurethane topcoat prepared by it has excellent low-temperature curing,chemical resistance,weather resistance and gloss retention,and presents a wide application prospect in the field of coatings.
