The PVC application process and PVC dirt defects in automobile manufacturing were introduced.The cause and optimization methods for PVC dirt defects were discussed in detail,in terms of equipment,environment,materials and PVC application technology.Combined with the process control and on-site management,the defects were significantly reduced,so as to improve the quality and ensure the completion of production.
