Abstract

A high-performance new fluorocarbon elastomeric coating with excellent anti-staining, anti-aging and elastic properties was prepared by the fluorocarbon elastic emulsion as a film-forming substance, and the hardness of the paint film increased by fillers such as calcium carbonate and titanium white powder, and at the same time, an appropriate amount of defoaming agent, thickener, pH detecting agent and wetting agent matched according to functional requirements. The effects of the amount of raw materials such as emulsion,filler, cover polymer and diatomaceous earth on the properties of fluorocarbon exterior wall coatings were investigated and their properties were tested. The results showed that 60 parts of fluorocarbon elastic emulsion, 1 parts of vapor phase SiO2 filler, 3 parts of polymer cover, and 5 parts of diatomite were added.According to this formula, a fluorocarbon coating with excellent properties can be developed. Strength,elongation at break, stain resistance, artificial aging resistance, etc., in line with JG/T 172-2005 standard requirements.
