The application background and process route of waterborne B1B2 process are introduced. The debugging and verification process of light color paint is introduced in detail. In the light of the analysis of the problems such as poor covering of the inner plate electrophoretic paint, the difference in the color of the outer plate and the poor wettability of the inner plate during the secondary spraying, the solution measures are set up, and the proposal for the design of the water-based B1B2 process is put forward.
