Water-based paint is widely used in truck production and is a new environmental protection material. Through the analysis and research on the properties and construction conditions of the water-based paint, the attention and construction technology of the painting are introduced. Through a series of process control, such as the matters needing attention of water-based paint painting, the water-based paint construction process, paint storage environment, surface cleanliness before painting, spraying pressure, gun distance, drying and so on, the construction quality of water-based paint can be effectively guaranteed, and the comprehensive batch use of water-based paint can be realized.
