Abstract

A lightweight anticorrosive coating is developed by replacing some zinc powder in epoxy zinc-rich coating with finely disseminated graphene.Meanwhile the physical-mechanical properties and salt spray resistance are analyzed.The result show that the addition of graphene effectively not only reduces dosage of zinc powder,sharply improving salt spray tolerance time and antiseptic property,but also increases the bond between the paint film and the substrate,and improves the adhesion between the paint films.
