Three kinds of waterborne polyurethane mortar self leveling coating applied to the flooring industry are introduced.The coating consists of waterborne polyester polyol emulsion,MDI curing agent,pigments and fillers,environmental protection solvents and functional auxiliaries.The construction method and the influence of each component on the coating performance are mainly introduced,and its application field is briefly introduced.It has excellent fluidity,compression resistance,heavy load resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and can operate for a long time.It is a new environmental protection polyurethane floor material.
