The means of preventing quality defects of paint spraying robot was introduced. Through familiarizing with the working principle of paint spraying robot, the preventive maintenance plan of robot, the setting requirements of related process parameters and the analysis of quality defect factors produced under the normal spraying condition of robot are perfected. It is of great significance to ensure the stability of spraying quality.
