Abstract

The high throwing power film cathodic electrophoretic coating,which is developed for automobile body painting requirements,is prepared by the preparation of cationic cationic epoxy resin and fully closed curing agent,and is prepared from the cationic paste containing quaternary ammonium salt and salt structure.The experimental results show that the emulsification of epoxy cationic electrophoretic resin modified by oxazolidine completely sealed curing agent was studied.Then mix tank with KD-861 colour paste containing quaternary ammonium salt and sulphur salt structure produced by Kodest Company is grooved.Its performance achieves the best.
