The problems and solutions in the process of pre-treatment and electrophoretic swinging debugging in automobile painting workshop are introduced.Aiming at the entrance of the swing rod handover,export transition,current transducer,rocker synchronous detection of double chain,the c hain tensioner and some problems,a reasonable solution are put forward.The advantages and disadvantages of different pushers in the same industry are compared,and the scope of application is given.
