With the country's increasing emphasis on water-based coatings,the market share of water-based coatings has also increased greatly in recent years.As the basic film-forming substance of water-based coatings,the study of water-based resins has greatly limited the further development of water-based coatings.In this paper,the synthetic scheme of the water-dispersible hydroxyacrylic acrylic base resin is studied,and the paint research and performance characterization of the obtained product are carried out.A water-dispersible hydroxyl-containing acrylic base resin with high hardness and high gloss was obtained,which provided basic data for the modification of the resin in the next step and provided a reasonable solution for the further research of the hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin.
