Abstract

Aqueous fluorine-containing emulsion is preferred as the main film-forming material,ruffle titanium dioxide and talc powder are used as fillers,together with appropriate dispersants,pH agents,wetting agents,thickeners and other functional additives,and finally a low production cost,excellent weather resistance,outstanding stain resistance and other unique performance advantages of waterborne external wall fluorocarbon coatings is developed.In the test process,the influence of the formula content of the waterborne fluoroemulsion,such as the fluorine content and dosage,the choice of pigments and fillers,and the pigment volume concentration(PVC),on the performance of the waterborne exterior wall fluorocarbon coating was analyzed.As a result,it was found that an aqueous nuorine—containing emulsion with a fluorine content of 23%,an amount of 65%,and ruffle titanium dioxide as the main filler were used to adjust the PVC of 20%-40%.The waterborne external wall fluorocarbon coating is excellent in acid and alkali resistance,water resistance and artificial aging.
