Two solutions are put forward to solve the color difference between automobile plastic parts and metal parts from the concept and test of color difference.One is to realize the whole electrostatic spraying metal paint of automobile plastic parts and metal parts by technical means,the other is to control the color difference between automobile metal parts and plastic parts when spraying separately by management means.Compared with separate spraying,the overall spraying can reduce the management cost of the enterprise,and no longer need the spraying line of automotive plastic parts,which is the development direction of the automotive coating industry.
