Abstract

The modified zeolite powder,nano-zinc oxide composite diatomite and silica-acrylic emulsion were used to adjust the types and ratios of pigments,fillers and additives to successfully prepare a water-resistant stain-resistant mold-resistant diatom mud with excellent performance wall paint.Based on the test and characterization of coating properties according to relevant national standard methods,the effects of the types and amounts of functional fillers on properties such as mildew resistance,indoor air purification,and humidity control were systematically studied.The research results show that the water-based paint has excellent filmforming properties,low VOC content,anti-mould and humidity-adjusting capabilities,and air purification ability,and can be used as an environmentally-friendly functional interior wall coating.
