Abstract

Two kinds of polyurea elastomer with different reaction speed were prepared by static mixer pouring and spraying.The effects of different molding methods on the surface state,microstructure,density,hardness,curing speed,tensile strength,tear strength,elongation at break,brittleness temperature of polyurea elastomer were compared by experiments.
