Abstract

Based on the analysis of the causes of different color paint slag pollution on the surface of the body after automatic spraying of the outer surface of the waterborne b1/b2 process robot,the relevant measures to reduce the problem of body paint slag were determined by adjusting the ratio of water to water,robot cleaning attitude,atomizer forming air cover and optimizing cleaning sequence table.
