The case that how to deal with sealing water leakage problem during the new car debugging process was introduced.Using the 5Why quality tool to analyse the true reasons for this problem.Finally,the problem of water leakage was completely solved by increasing the sealing width.The waterproof and sealing performance of the whole vehicle was improved.
