The energy consumption cost of painting workshop accounts for about 50% of the manufacturing cost of painting workshop. Energy saving and consumption reduction has always been the focus of production management of painting workshop. This paper expounds the idea and concrete realization method of variable pitch control in painting room, so as to improve workshop production efficiency and finally achieve the purpose of reducing manufacturing cost.
