Abstract

The paint,equipment and painting process for the loss of light in the fixed color(pearl white)when spraying water-based paint on the bumper were discussed.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the lack of synchronization.between the instant varnish and the curing agent when the gun switched on and off was the main reason.The spraying trajectory and coating process parameters of this position were adjusted to solve the problem of loss of light.
