Abstract

With the development of lightweight technology for new energy buses,aluminum alloys have been widely used in the new energy bus industry due to their low density,strong anti-corrosion ability,and high strength.Passenger cars with all-aluminum bodies have been launched on the market for many years.Because aluminum alloy is not suitable for the current pretreatment and cathodic electrophoresis process,3C3B coating process is usually used,and its anti-corrosion performance has its own characteristics.This article mainly investigates the corrosion situation and characteristics of all-aluminum body new energy buses that have been operating for many years in the market,summarizes the-parts and structures of aluminum alloys that are prone to corrosion,analyzes the reasons for the corrosion of aluminum alloys,and proposes targeted measures.
