In order to meet the needs of young and personalized consumer groups,passenger car design color has two or more collocation,especially SUV suspension roof design is becoming more popular,so major mainstream manufacturers have developed color matching process to meet the design requirements of products.This paper briefly describes the selection of color process for coating line,quality and efficiency improvement measures.
