Abstract

In this paper,3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane and polycaprolactone polyol are used to react to generate polyurethane prepolymer.Alkylsiloxane monomer modified nano-silica sol is used to prepare hydrolysate.The prepolymer, KH-560 is mixed with hydrolysate to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid resin.The effects of the amount of curing agent,curing temperature and organic component content,and the choice of polycaprolactone polyol on the tensile strength,elongation and ablation resistance of the coating film were studied.The results show that when the ratio of polyester polyol m(CAPA3050):m(CAPA2085) is 1.0:2.6,the ratio of resin and curing agent is 7:1,and the curing temperature is 100℃,when the organic component content is 50%,The coating film has the best tensile strength,elongation and temperature resistance.
