The measures of improvement about the appearance quality of orange peel with pearlescent paint film were introduced,such as improvement of the midcoat film thickness,the adjustment of the film thickness of base paint and pearlescent paint,the optimization of robot spraying track and increasing the varnish thickness,it provides a reference for improving the appearance quality of the paint film of pearlescent paint color.
