The contents of simultaneous engineering analysis at the stage of product design about gluing seals of automotive painting were introduced.The optimized suggestions were put forward for ihe product structure which affects the sealing effect,gluing operation by combining with typical cases and experience in order to improve effectively the process rationality and operation,it also provides reference for the analysis of the simultaneous engineering of gluing seals.
