In order to solve the problem of electrophoresis line stop caused by abnormal transfer at the entrance of electrophoresis,the double swing bar conveying and transferring system and formulates corresponding improvement measures were analyzed,including increasing hardware facilities,optimizing software program,improving visual management,etc.,which effectively solved the abnormal transfer.
