The number of key personnel required in the processing of a model directly determines the cost of human resources in the manufacturing process of the model,and ultimately affects the income of the model.Therefore,in the planning work in the early stage of the introduction of new models,the verification of key personnel and the design of working hours are one of the very important work contents.It is important to continuously improve the design accuracy for the cost control of new models significance.The methods to improve the design accuracy of key personnel(working hours)were briefly introduced,which provided reference for the majority of automotive industry colleagues.
