Abstract

With the waterborne epoxy emulsion-modified amine curing agent as film-forming material,zinc phosphate and iron oxide red as antimst pigments,talc powder,wollastonite and barium sulfate as fillers,a waterborne electrostatic epoxy anticorrosive primer with excellent adhesion,anticorrosion and good enfolding effect was prepared.The product is suitable for the corrosion protection of stainless steel,aluminum alloy and other hard-to-attach metal substrates,and has been successfully applied in the automatic coating line of wheel and axle.
