Abstract

Two kinds of dispersion resins for cathodic electrophoretic coatings were synthesized.One is a dispersion resin with oxazolidone structure and quaternary ammonium salt structure,and the other is a dispersion resin synthesized by conventional route.The prepared cathodic electrophoretic coating with oxazolidone structure and quaternary ammonium salt structure can effectively improve the pigment dispersion and bath stability,and has better corrosion resistance.
