Abstract

Inorganic zinc coating is a kind of anticorrosive coating with excellent performance.However,itrequires a series of complex pretreatment processes,such as degreasing.grinding,sand blasting or shotblasting,etc.When testing the percentage volume of non-volatile matter in the laboratory,the pretreatmentprocess of the substrate is also required,which seriously affects the work efficiency.Considering thecharacteristics of inorganic zinc coating film-forming material,quartz glass with losts of-OH on the surfaceis selected as the substrate,and based on this,the test process of volume solid content of inorganic zinccoating is explored and optimized.
