Abstract

Thc VOC limit rcquircmcnts of ordinary solvent coatings,high solid solvent coatings and watcr-based coatings for process construction machinery in different situations were analyzed according to GB30981-2020,GB/T 38597-2020 and The Technica Guide for Emergency Emission Reduction Measuresfor Key lndustries with Heay Pollution(revised edition in 2020).The specific conditions and factors whencalculating the comprehensive cost of coatings were discussed from material procurement,equipment inputand process energy consumption.And the advantagco and disadvantagoo of the three kinds of coatings werediscussed in material cost,pPocess cost and environmental protection were qualitatively compared.
