This article summarizes the experience of preventing crater during the construction and operation of a paint shop in an automotive factory,and proposes a systematic management method that is divided into elements,phases and key points,and reduces the problem of crater through pre-management measures.Through pre-management measures,the potential risk of crater is eliminated,so that the anti-crater can achieve the best effect,which provides a reference for the pre-management of crater in the new paint shop.
