Abstract

The high efficiency heavy oil pollution cleaning agent is a pretreatment industrial cleaning agent suitable for steel, it was prepared by efficient surfactant, emulsifier and inorganic salt as washing agent. The study showed that the diluent of this product was well stable, no corrosion on steel, cast iron and other metals, and the cleaning efficiency was more than 90%. It can effectively remove oil on the substrate surface and meet the relevant industry standards of industrial cleaning agent, and can be applicable for pretreatment defat and oil removal process.
