The appearance defects of automobiles are classified from the source,and the solutions to the defects of hemp skin,rough paint and color difference are mainly introduced.By analyzing the mechanism of defect occurrence,the real reason is found,and different optimization methods are proposed,and the results are verified to be effective.There are multiple factors that cause appearance defects,which need to be optimized according to the actual situation on site.
