In this paper,the spray process of powder coatings and the present situation of their application were introduced.In accordance with the cross colour problem for the application of a variety of powder coatings with different colors in car compartments,it was suggested that some measures would be taken from the layout of the spray guns of spraying reciprocating engine,the spraying with different color groups and the construction of a new type of drying system..
