Abstract

There are many problems such as rough surface,low hardness and discoloration in high solid acrylic polyurethane semi-gloss enamel camouflage color matching series products such as emerald green,dark green,loess,sand and so on.In this paper,these problems are solved and the performance is further optimized by reducing the ratio of pigment to base,selecting the resin with good weather resistance,pigment with good color retention and weather resistance,filler system and compound light stabilizer.Finally,the comprehensive quality of the product was improved to meet the needs of customers,and at the same time,the application of the product is expanded.
