The adhesion of paint is an important indicator to test the quality of aircraft coating.When a certain type of aircraft parts are painted and then inspected by tape paste,the topcoat paint layer was torn off.In this paper,the causes and influencing factors of this problem are analyzed,and the process verification is carried out from the operation methods of the coating workers,the selection of coating materials,the surface treatment before painting and the curing temperature of the coating,and the corresponding preventive measures are formulated to solve the problem of the paint loss of such parts.
