The adhesion force is a key indicator affecting the appearance and performance of coating film.In view of the film peeling off found at the production site,the causes of defects were analyzed at multiple levels.This problem was completely solved by reducing the surface oil of the stamping parts and optimizing the feed frame of rear door inner plate.At the same time,the solution of this problem was taken as an example to discuss the on-site problem-solving process.
