Abstract

With the refinement of the automobile market,the demand for after-sales service is getting higher and higher.It has become a trend for the original factory to supply high-quality and high-appearance aftersale service spare part of automobiles.In this paper,the process of applying weld sealant to the opening and closing parts in the automotive aftermarket was studied,and the comparison and planning tests of three different coating processes under two typical coating processes of 3C2B and B1B2 were carried out,and the following results were obtained:Weld sealant in electrophoresis or coating baking room drying can meet the performance requirements,in other words,the three current coating process is feasible,but the number of bubbles will increase under the wet film state.According to the test results and combined with the practical feasibility,some suggestions are put forward for after-sale parts gluing process planning.The wet film gluing oven can save 24.9%cost compared with the existing most economical production mode.
