At present,with the development of youth and personalization,the color of paint is becoming more and more colorful.Most of the industrial coatings are multi-variety and multi-color mixed-flow,production models,and automotive coatings are also facing such a development trend.In this paper,the positive improvements,such as production line equipment transformation,process parameters optimization,personnel skills improvement are implemented in order to effectively improve the production and operation level for the multi-model,multi-platform,multi-color automobile coating workshop.While improving production efficiency and quality,it can reduce production costs.
