Abstract

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the connection and use of steel structures, steel structure engineering uses the friction between the high bolt surfaces to effectively control the relative sliding of components. This paper summarizes the current friction-enhancing coating technology for high bolt connection surfaces of steel structures. The friction-increasing coating of thermally sprayed metal coating was prepared by using AlMg5 alloy wire,ZnAl15 alloy wire or AlMgRe alloy wire by supersonic arc spraying process.Based on the latest technical research results in the industry,it is pointed out that in the face of the new needs of the steel structure engineering market, the thermal spraying metal coating friction increase technology on the steel structure connection surface will become an important application and development direction of the industry.
