Performance and Application of Graphene Cold Sprayed Zinc Coatings

Abstract

The mechanism and the characteristics of graphene cold sprayed zinc coatings are introduced.It is proposed that cold sprayed zinc coatings have advantages,including energy-saving,environmental protection,convenience for construction,good corrosion resistance.The anti-corrosion performance of graphene cold sprayed zinc coatings and electro galvanized coatings was compared and analyzed by cycle immersion corrosion experiment.The results show that the anti-corrosion performance of graphene cold sprayed zinc coatings is ten times better than electro galvanized coatings.It can be used in the field of heavy anti-corrosion of plane steel structure.
