In recent years,many automobile engine factory increased two-color body proportion of production for increasing sales and attracting potential customers.As a process different from the conventional one,the two-color body technology has certain particularity and development difficulty.This paper is based on the author’s many years of development experience,it focuses on the different effects of body structure and two-color definition on the realization.Scientific body structure and reasonable two-color definition,could greatly reduce the development difficulty of two-color car,optimize the production quality and improve the production efficiency.
