Color consistency is always one difficulty of vehicle quality control.This paper introduces digital reform and innovation of daily color difference management,using scientific measurement mode and advanced color control software to ensure that all units in the automobile supply chain get unified color standards,so as to ensure the standardization and accuracy of color information.Then,through electronic sharing,the transmission time is vastly reduced,the color matching efficiency and color consistency are improved,and customer satisfaction is improved.
