Abstract

The waterborne polyurethane sand grain finish applied in rail transit interior were developmented.The results showed that when choosing ultra-low VOC waterborne hydroxyl dispersion with low viscosity and high tolerance waterborne multi-isocyanate curing agent as the main film forming material,mix with sand grain powder with high wear resistance,and mix with a variety of rheological additives,the prepared polyurethane sand grain finish had excellent performance and met the environmental requirements of the new standard TB/T 31392021 Limits of Hazardous Substances in Non-metallic Materials and Indoor Air for Locomotives and Vehicles.The problems of burr in rework and sand grain powder floating in storage were solved.
