The new fireproof powder coatings for railway vehicles were prepared with resin and curing agent as the main film forming materials and different flame retardants.The flame retardant mechanism of fireproof powder coatings were introduced,the effects of various flame retardants on the performance of fireproof powder coatings were tested,and the fireproof performance of HL3 level was achieved by the fireproof of EN45545-2.
