Abstract

The test results of several conventional anti-corrosion coating systems selected under the simulated marine corrosive climate were analyzed,the laboratory evaluation method in this environment was established,which provided a theory for predicting the service life of different anti-corrosion systems in the future.The results showed that the classic matching system of"epoxy zinc-rich primer+epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint+acrylic aliphatic polyurethane topcoat/fluorocarbon topcoat"met the requirements of the test design content.Moreover,as a mainstream product on the market,the system takes into account both economic and practical benefits.
